The Village at Elk Ridge Subdivision is governed by policies, regulations, and standards that help ensure a great community. Price Hills Residential Homeowners Association is the governing agency for the subdivision.
New and perspective owners are encouraged to review all governing documents.
When a property is purchased in The Village at Elk Ridge, all owners are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations bound to the property.
Communication and transparency are important. As such, we encourage all questions regarding any of the documents to please be forwarded to our office.
