It will be returned (pending any deductions) after final inspection and sign off by the Architectural Design Committee.
'Good Standing' shall mean a Member who is current in the payment of their assessments and not in violation of the Governing documents.
 
** Total Due with the submission of the application.
 

All Fees and deposits are nontransferable.

Once the application has been received, up to 25% of the Admin Fees is nonrefundable on all applications.

Once the application has been processed, the Admin Fee is nonrefundable on all applications.
